How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who will I actually talk to?
An independent local provider. Schwasb Garage Doors is a referral service, so we do not have staff who come to your home. After your request, a provider in our network reaches out. That provider is a separate business, and the work agreement is between you and them.
What will they ask me?
Expect simple questions. They want to understand the job before they quote it.
- What is the door doing? Stuck, loud, crooked, or not moving?
- Did you hear a loud bang before it stopped?
- How old is the door and opener?
- Is the door a single or double?
- Do you have photos?
Have answers ready. It makes the estimate faster and closer to reality.
What should I ask the provider?
This is your moment. Ask before you hire.
- Will you give me a written estimate before work starts?
- Does the estimate list parts and labor separately?
- What happens if you find another issue during the visit?
- Is there a warranty on parts or labor, and can I see it in writing?
- Are you licensed and insured where required locally?
A good answer is specific and calm. A red flag is a vague price, pressure to decide on the spot, or a refusal to put anything in writing.
Is the decision really mine?
Yes. Every time. You can compare estimates, ask follow-up questions, or say no thanks. A solid provider will not rush you. Clear answers, clear estimates.
What if I want to check availability first?
Timing depends on the provider and the day. Many can respond quickly, but we cannot promise it. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and let a provider reach out.
Ready to book a visit?
Send your details and a few photos. A local provider will follow up with an estimate. You are under no obligation.
