How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Schwasb Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Schwasb Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly let people down may be removed. Schwasb Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@schwasb.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will send you our findings and tell you about any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, the attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
